Eating For Energy-Visualisation-Myth Or Reality?

August 8th, 2010 by Yuri Leave a reply »

Let”s review the first three segments of this little mini series.

You need to be able to focus if you want to ever dream of being able to realize all your goals and dreams. No pun intended, but this first step is the key to success. In my humble opinion it is the step I was not able to overcome consistently until I learned about how to eat. Eating for energy was the “icing on the cake ” that convinced Pierrette & I that we could overcome all obstacles, as long as we were able to keep focused.

Many people scoff at this very important step, sorry, if you have not attained all you biggest dreams, this is the main reason.Eating For Energy will give you the tools you need to succeed only if you have the ability to focus, day in and day out on you dreams.

The next step is all about the level of Passion and commitment you are willing to put into the realisation of your dreams. Are you really passionate? Is your dream just a whim? I know, many will say that most of their dreams just went up in smoke. Why, is the question you need to ask yourself. Why is it that every time you set out to climb “Mount Everest” you just could not put it all together? What has been the missing ingredient, most of your life? Most of us changed mountains and tried new tools. We quit and failed to realize the real culprit in our midst.

Having the ability to communicate to the Universe what your dreams are has often completely sidetracked your dreams. You were never completely sure it was your true calling. Often you asked yourself if you where up to it, deserved it or if you where the right type of person for the job. Remember? Do you have a list of all the major dreams in your life? Did you want to be a fireman, a nurse, an astronaut, a millionaire…? I remember many of mine and today, at 58 years old, I can honestly say that I did not have all the tools. It is never too late.

images (1)The final step in this quest for dreams is to be able to see it. Can you visualize it? Do you have a picture in your mind of the end result? If you want to be fit, what is the picture of “FIT”? If you want to go to Disney Land with the kids are their pictures of where, when, why and how you are going to get there.

How important is it to visualize it? Most artists, painters, musicians, athletes, etc already see the end result in their head. The finished product is not just a dream, it is just a work in progress.

The ability to see the finished product(dream) is what makes it real. If you have not seen it, it does not exist. Why?

As you can see, I often ask the question “why”. If you are reading this  you are in search of something more, something different, something that works and really can help you.

Well, being on this Eating For Energy “kick” as really made me realize the benefits of having a clear mind at all times. Being sick and tired all the time is your fault. Learning how to eat for the right reasons is a must. It is not an option, it is a must.

Start at the beginning. Investing is Eating For Energy is “The step we all need to take.

Much has been written about dreams and all the stages involved over the years. Much is repetitive  in many of our minds I am sure, but listen, taking care of your body is the most important part of your life. Take care of you and your mind will take care of the rest.

You are right, visualization is so important. If you can’t “see” where you are going how are you ever supposed to get there or know when you’ve arrived?

I enjoy writing, but I wouldn’t get very far if I didn’t know where I was going with it and had “visualized” the end result first.

    Great post.

Okay, so you got the picture, you got the dream, you got the intention, the thought. But now how do you know how to menifest it, how to make it happen?
How do you know your doing the right thing? Per instance- I thought all i had to do to get down to 7% body fat was eat less, work more. No problem, i had my vision, my goal, my dream. Now heres what im talking about, how do you know your menifesting the right action’s?

I started off with working out 2 hrs a day, and ate 1000 calories a day. This 2 hrs went up to 3 hrs. No results, 3 months later, 5 hrs. 5 hrs of working out, still no result, 1 week later, this went up to 7 hrs. Still no result. I was increadbly depresed. I decided to give it one last shot. I did 14 hr work out’s. 4 hrs was rest 10 hrs was work. I did that 4 time’s, but i got to many injuries so i stoped after the fourth. This a week and a half ago, And still no result, it took my 5 months plus, to switch up weight( gets tronger at the gym ) and still stuck at the same weight

im Deciding to make one final shot. I did endless research 7 months now, lots of mixed information in health and fitness, but i think this is it, and if this dosent work then hell with everyhting eles –

Moral of the story- How do you know how to do the right actions? you can take actions that you think is right. But thats what you think, what you been told, but it dosent neserly mean it is the right way. So, what about that?
You got the dream- how do you know, how to take the proper menifestations of actions to make it a reality?

    Sal Hi.
I would love to answer your questions and observations.
1.When you say,”I thought all i had to do to get down to 7% body fat was eat less, work more. No problem, i had my vision, my goal, my dream”,you say “I Thought”. You need to know, not just “think you know”.
2.Next you say,”I started off with working out 2 hrs a day, and ate 1000 calories a day”. what kind of calories are they? Are you getting full vitamin and mineral needs for the day?I am sure not.
3.The rest is unimportant. You are working hard for nothing.
Sal,it is all about what you eat.The only reason you are not getting the results is because of the food and has nothing to do with the exercising.
