Do You Have to be 100% Raw?

Starting a raw food diet can be quite a challenge for some of people.

I think many people are afraid that they need to be 100% raw or it’s not even worth their time. After all, we don’t like to fail and perhaps some people see not being all raw as a form of failure.

However, nothing could be further from the truth.

As I’ve said a million times, the goal is to create incredible health – not to necessarily stress about what percent raw you are. Who cares!

The goal is to eat as healthy as you can, as often as you can.

And it just so happens that those food choices should be raw foods.

But if you feel like steaming some cruciferous veggies or making a baked sweet potato, don’t pull your hair out. It’s not the end of the world.

Just realize that the nutrient quality of that cooked food will be lower.

You can even balance it out with a green salad, for instance, for added food enzymes and better digestion.

This Should Help You Out…

I’ve just put together an amazing 17-lesson e-course called RAW FOOD 101 which will help get into raw foods – the easy way.

Here’s one of the videos (that deals with this topic) from my new e-course.
