I often talk about communications and how we all need to be better listeners. Many of us talk a good game but are terrible or overly critical at what others say. I use to be like that also. After years of research I now know that listening is the key to all great communications.

Starting today”Stop eating foods that are not good for you“. Yes it is as simple as this,“Stop eating foods that are not good for you“!
- You all know what is making you overweight or obese or worse?
- You know the foods that are the worst culprits?
- Are you ready to say enough is enough?
- Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?
Same old, same old you say? Not exactly. I did say to stop eating foods that are not good for you but, I did not say that the foods you need to start eating need to be “Good” for you either. This is one of the biggest mistakes we all make. We assume that we have to become veggies and stop eating junk foods, or better yet, start being hungry all the time and exercise all day long.
