You know it never ceases to amaze me how people don’t take the time to look after their health. I mean why would you not strive to achieve optimum health?
The alternatives are certainly not good.
Constant sickness, exhaustion, a lack of fitness, stress, unhealthy relationships, premature aging – the list goes on.
Just like Yuri teaches us in his book – Eating for Energy - good health is a way of life.
It doesn’t mean that it’s going to be easy – particularly if you’ve adopted an unhealthy lifestyle for quite a few years. But with some stoic determination on your part, the results that you achieve will be nothing short of life changing.
So if there is any ONE THING that I believe you must spend most of your time focussing on as you go about your daily lives – it’s striving for optimum health.
You see, you can never overestimate how good you feel when you eat well and exercise regularly as opposed to eating junk food and leading a sedentary lifestyle. There really is no comparison.
So start taking 100% responsibility for your life – no one else can make you eat healthy food or drag you out the door to do some exercise (unless of course you have a Personal Trainer which can definitely be a good thing if you lack motivation!)
Because when you do, you will begin to notice that everything else in your life will improve as well. From your relationships with those who are closest to you, to improvements in your job because when you feel healthy, you are much happier at home and in the workplace.
So stop thinking about it. Strive to achieve optimum health and your life will begin to change for the better in so many ways.

Hi Audra,
Reaching for the stars starts when you feel great. Learning how to do that takes time and effort but, the rewards are incredible.
Most people do not need help but they yearn to acheive the results you talk about.
I listened and so did you, wow how great is that.
Taking 100% responsability for my life has given me wings.
Thanks Audra for the great motivation.
