		<description>There is a myth about eating less can actually make you gain weight, the fact behind this myth would be that if you cut down on you food intake then the bodies reaction under normal circumstances would be to burn off fat, which is the case, but some studies have shown that when the body thinks that you will not eat much, you will burn off fat but when you do eat something big and the body doesn’t require the energy straight away it will store as much of the food as fat possible. So its not a good idea to starve the body to loose weight but just to eat a well balanced diet.</description>
