The last time I was this lean and energetic, I was on the Atkins diet and taking fat burner pills but always felt on edge, moody and didn’t even want to think about the misery of the animals I was eating! I was like a walking time bomb.
Of course I didn’t maintain that way of living ( it was awful if I didn’t take the fat burners to keep up my energy! ) I eventually gained weight and bad fat eating habits, stopped working out and was prone to illness. after a prolonged sinus and lung infection I began a search on the net for a way to ” cleanse ” myself and found the raw food way of life!

“I love Eating for Energy. I’ve dabbled in raw food diets for a while, but this was the first time I’ve found a mostly-raw meal plan that really worked for me (and tasted good, too). And I truly do have more energy a few weeks into the 12-week meal plan; I’ve pretty much eliminated wheat and dairy from my diet and can’t believe the difference in the way I feel!
I’ve tried to make these changes in the past and couldn’t stick with it, but Eating for Energy has explained it all in a way that makes sense to me, and also incorporates some “real life” philosophy about working my way towards new habits that makes the change a realistic goal.
