3 Simple Diet Tips to Eat Healthier

Everyone wants to know how to eat healthier with minimal effort. It’s human nature.

The good news is that eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated. In fact, there are some really simple diet tips I want to share with you to help you out.

Along these lines, one of my clients recently asked me the following question:

“Hey Yuri, I love your videos and workouts, but I just wanted to ask you a question about diet. I cant realy make big changes to my diet but what are the simplest and easiest things I can change to get healthy and lose weight?”

  3. Diet and exercise do go hand in hand but just remember this. B/c the Atkins diet restricts carbs quite a bit, your energy levels are going to suffer big time. They may not initially b/c you have more fat reserves but the more weight you lose, the less fat you have, and the less energy you will have from those fat reserves.

    However, and there is a big however, if your definition of working out is just brisk walking, you should be okay. But if you’re talking about harder exercises such as strength training and running at a reasonable pace, then your energy levels will be depleted.
