I may have shared this raw food recipe with you in the past (I can’t quite remember) but I thought I would give it to you again, along with a picture to show you how good it looks (and tastes).
Here’s what I put in this morning’s cereal:
1 cup blueberries
1 cup blackberries
1/2 cup dried shredded coconut
1/4 cup walnuts or pecans
1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
1 1/2 cups of rice/nut milk
