In the beginning, Pierrette & I used "Junk Food Day" as a reward. Now we use it as a constant reminder. P.S. It is always a day off from work(it gives us no energy). If you have co-workers that follow you, be careful, Junk Food Day is the first things they give up when they start eating right. We found that to be a mistake.
