Eating For Energy Is The Backbone Of Good Health

July 27th, 2010 by Pierre Leave a reply »

I just finished reading Yuri’s report on FitterThanthePros.com and realized how important Eating For Energy and all it’s teaching are to the success we all search in getting into the greatest health we need to be in. Please get this free report while it is available and tell as many friends as you can.

Eating For Energy gave me the knowledge I needed to help my kids and grandkids have a better life. Learning the truths about foods, milk products, processing, agricultural techniques, big companies and how they are involved and more was a revelation to me.

I assumed all my life that what my parents thought me about health, good eating habits and physical well being should be the model I pass on to my kids. Little did I know that they did not know what they were doing. I do not blame them, I blame society for not putting the effort to educate us all better.

Yuri has taken the time, the expertise and the knowledge and made it available to us all. He says it like it is. He is a leader in search of other leaders like us to help the children of the world get better education on what Eating For Energy is all about.

When I prepare my day, I always have a prayer for my kids and grandkids. The new knowledge I have learned has given me new hope. Everyone needs to learn what I know and I reach out to as many people as I can everyday.

This blog is a forum that gives me the opportunity to tell you and ask you to listen. Most overweight people I talk to listen politely and turn away. Maybe if more of us speak out about Eating For Energy the message will get across.

I am always amazed at how little I knew about food. I read labels, that I have had available, and cannot believe how little I knew. How important is the quality of the food that goes into your body? Start reading labels today.

The Title says it all: “Eating For Energy Is The Backbone Of Good Health”.

Nicely put Pierre. I couldn’t agree more. Thanks for reading the new report as well. It’s meant to give you the “edge” to really achieve your goals like never before!

I couldn’t agree with you more. I try to share what I’ve gained from Eating for Energy with every family member I’m in contact with (I have a very large family). 30 yrs ago, growing up in a northern canadian community we had limited access to fresh veggies and fruits and I grew up on a diet of fried meats, potatoes, breads & pastas and canned veggies. My family now suffers from an assortment of health problems, many of them quite debilitating. What is amazing to me is that even with a greater access to fresh produce a lot of my family still refuses to acknowlege the advantage that even adopting a 50% lifestyle change that eating for energy would provide to their lives and many of them have continued eating the foods we unfortunately grew up on. All we can really do is continue to share information and hope that by leading by example others will join in our journey.

Thank you for the kind words Lynnette. Pierrette & I are are from Northern Ontario and know full well what you are talking about.
Giving the example is the best way and serving them surprisingly good food helps also.It is too bad that they do not listen but you are a radiant example for them. Keep it up, don’t be pushy and the questions come out.
Worry about your health and your children’s first and foremost.
      Thanks again.

  3. Great post Pierre. I think most overweight people listen politely and turn away because they have given up. They think that it’s all too hard.

Little do they know if they took the time to REALLY listen to what you’re saying, how incredibly easy it is to lose weight and get your energy back.

Eating for Energy is like a bible for good health.

    Regards, Audra

Hi Audra. Eating for Energy is like a bible for good health. Well put. Thanks for qualifying it as such.
We all have beliefs and family values and the “Bible” soothes the Mind & Soul. Your statement about Eating for Energy reminds me of how Yuri’s intent is not to indoctrinate but to help us all understand how eating is 100% our responsibility, no matter how we choose to do it.
Comparing it to the great tool called “The Bible” is so fitting because nothing is written in “stone”. We all have choices.
      Thanks Audra
