Are your pressed for time? Still want to eat heathy?
Well, welcome to the club. In today’s fast-paced society we’ve truly traded our health for convenience. But we don’t have to. The trick to eating healthy when you have no time is PREPARATION.
Having a plan can make all the difference between eating a healthy meal and ordering nasty take-out.
Here’s a question I was asked a little while ago on this topic:
“Yuri, I have a really hard time trying to eat well, I am a workaholic and spend too much time at the office, when I get home, I really don’t want to cook, I am single and spend 3 weeks of the month in El Salvador (because of my job). I created a chart and did set up a 3 month goal, one pound and 0.8% of fat per week; I started taking kick boxing classes together with the Power90 program from beachbody.com I do at home, but I really don’t want to lose interest if I don’t start seeing results, and I understand nutrition is a key part of it. What do you recommend?”

Thanks Yuri,
Too many of your fans take for granted what you take time to explain in Eating For Energy. I had lost 42 lbs down from 242 to 200 in a little over 2 years.
After taking the “time” to read and learn from you and Eating For Energy, I lost 40 lbs in 20 weeks by following your plan. You know what, it was much easier than the 42 lbs before. Much healthier and I am hooked.
By the way, I am 58 and am 5’8″ and now weigh 160 for the first time since my wedding 39 years ago.
Thanks for helping me get my life back Yuri.

Thee Quest For Perfect Health
Yuri this has got to be one of the biggest complaints from your clients … because we all use this “excuse” that we haven’t got time to eat properly.
At the end of the day, if we actually took the time to eat healthy, we would end up with MORE time.
How? By eating the right foods, you end up acquiring more energy. More energy = getting more done in a shorter amount of time
